Alison Day (she/her) is the Director of HR Advisory at Ontic Partners. Alison also leads and manages the full HR function at a 50-employee regional nonprofit. Alison's expertise extends to each area of the employee life cycle, including:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Creating efficient procedures for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and new hires.
• Policy Development: Developing robust policies and employee handbooks that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Benefits Administration: Designing benefits plans, managing open enrollment and benefit administration, and optimizing employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Training and Development: Developing and delivering impactful training programs that empower employees and enhance their professional growth.
• Conflict Resolution: Coaching and supporting individuals in conflict management, fostering positive workplace relationships and productivity.
• Performance Management: Designing performance review processes and effectively managing performance issues to drive employee development and organizational success.
