Anna Agustina Marie Frachou

Anna Agustina Marie Frachou (she/her) is a Consulting Partner of Leadership, Performance Management, and HR at Ontic Partners. Anna also serves as Vice President over International Business at Global Medical Staffing, a CHG Healthcare company. Prior to this role, Anna was responsible for developing new business across several global regions working for large multi-national nonprofits. Her experience includes growing startups, improving business processes, and leading teams. Anna has over 15 years of experience in leadership positions across the private and nonprofit sector. Anna has consulted for local and national organizations such as Miami Dade College, The Lab Miami, Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and The Center for Leadership Innovation.

Anna Frachou has been recognized for her leadership with awards such as the NFL's Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award. She continues to serve in the public sector by sitting on foundation and nonprofit boards. She is passionate about creating prosperous communities through business and leadership development.
