Jake McIntire

Jake McIntire (he/him) is a Consulting Partner of Organizational Strategy at Ontic Partners. Jake is also the Principal and Founder of Union Creative Agency, a Fellow and adjunct instructor at Weber State University, and the chair of the Ogden City Arts Advisory Committee. Jake is passionate about the role culture and creativity play in the transformation of communities and organizations. He has spent his practice exploring this dynamic relationship facilitating transitions and long-range planning for government agencies and nonprofit organizations. Jake approaches his work in organizational design and planning as a collaborative practice backed by creativity and a passion for communicating collective meaning.

University of Utah, Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honors in Intermedia Sculpture and a minor in Business
